Washington County Regional Medical Center is proud to announce that CEO Pam Stewart has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2026 list of “Women Hospital and Health System Presidents and CEOs to Know.”
The list, released by Becker’s Hospital Review in July 2026, recognizes 236 women leading hospitals and health systems across the country. Honorees were selected through a nomination and editorial review process, and the list highlights leaders who are driving growth, expanding access to care, and building workplace cultures where both providers and patients thrive.
Pam has led WCRMC through a period of significant growth and investment, including the hospital’s Emergency Department expansion, which opened in Spring 2026, and expanding the hospital’s orthopedic services. Under her leadership, WCRMC has continued to grow its services while staying rooted in its mission of accessible, community-centered healthcare for Washington County and the surrounding region.
“This recognition reflects the work of our entire team,” Stewart said. “Every day, our staff shows up for this community, and it’s an honor to be part of an organization that puts patients first.”
WCRMC joins hospitals and health systems from across the nation on this year’s list, which Becker’s Hospital Review compiles annually to spotlight women shaping the future of American healthcare.
