This free community event is dedicated to raising awareness about women’s heart health and will feature a complimentary heart-healthy brunch, educational presentations from local healthcare professionals, and practical guidance on reducing risk through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Attendees will also hear personal stories, enjoy giveaways and door prizes, and are encouraged to wear red in support of heart health awareness. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women, but many risk factors can be prevented or managed.
