Thank you for trusting WCRMC with your care. Our team is dedicated to making your visit as pleasant as possible. Below is important information to enhance your experience.
Visitation Hours
- Inpatient: 8AM - 9PM
- ER: 24/7
- Only one visitor per patient at a time.
- The main entrance doors lock at 4PM. If you arrive after 4PM, please use the Emergency Room Entrance.
Engineering
- Full-time engineering staff available Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.
- On-call support is available after hours and weekends.
- For your room needs, please be sure to contact your nurse.
Chapel
- Location: Past the vending machines near the admission desk on the first floor
- Hours: Open 24/7
Local Accommodations
Emergency Preparedness
- WCRMC conducts regular drills (Fire, Tornado, Disaster, Active Shooter).
- Please remain calm if a drill occurs during your stay; it ensures staff preparedness.
Nutrition
- Services Provided For: Inpatients, Nursing Home Residents, Family, Friends, Visitors, Staff.
- Registered dietitian available for nutritional support per physician order.
- Café Offerings: Southern-style favorites and daily specials.
