WCRMC has partnered with Wellstar MCG Health to provide cardiology services to Washington County and surrounding areas. Through our relationship with Wellstar MCG Health, highly skilled cardiologists are onsite during scheduled times at our Physician Specialty Clinic to assess, diagnose, and/or treat many heart and blood vessel related conditions. Our cardiologists work in the fields of Electrophysiology, General, and Interventional Cardiology, to treat many conditions including the conditions listed below: 

Cardiovascular mortality is rising in rural areas throughout the country, making it crucial to provide consistent and quality cardiovascular care to our community. Partnering with Wellstar MCG Health has given our community and surrounding areas the ability to receive this care here locally without the frequent out of town travel. Not only is cardiology here to provide the necessary care, but they are also here to educate the community on cardiac health.
