As our Office Manager for Rehabilitation Services, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team, streamlining processes, and ensuring every patient’s experience is smooth from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, patient intake, and record management
- Coordinate therapy appointments and ensure a seamless patient experience
- Lead, train, and support administrative and clerical staff
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients, families, and providers
- Manage insurance verification, billing processes, and collections
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and department financial tracking
- Support therapist credentialing and enrollment processes
- Help drive process improvements and enhance department efficiency
- Maintain supplies, equipment, and overall operational readiness

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field is preferred but not required
- Current BLS Certification is preferred but not required
- Previous management experience is preferred but not required
