Sandersville Family Practice is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Physician or Nurse Practitioner and plays a vital role in supporting high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals across the lifespan.

Key Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor patients to assess well-being and identify changes or concerns
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Perform basic wound care, including dressing changes and bandaging
- Collect specimens (blood, urine, stool) for laboratory testing
- Assist with treatments and medical procedures as directed
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient charts and electronic health records
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and self-care
- Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and patients
- Respond to patient calls and provide compassionate, attentive care
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN license in the State of Georgia
- Current BLS Certification
Experience:
- Previous clinical experience preferred but not required

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
