Washington County Regional Medical Center (WCRMC) has proudly provided patient-centered care to our community for over 60 years. Our hospital is a licensed acute care facility with 56 beds and a 60-bed Extended Care Facility. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our Radiology Department on a PRN basis.
This position plays an important role in supporting physicians and providing accurate diagnostic imaging for patients of all ages.
Position Highlights
- PRN position with occasional night and weekend coverage
- Work with a supportive healthcare team
- Opportunity to perform both CT and X-Ray imaging
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans with or without contrast and standard X-Ray imaging procedures
- Provide compassionate care to patients across all age groups including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Assist with contrast administration as needed
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure proper care of supplies
- Maintain accurate patient documentation using PACS and Electronic Medical Record systems
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, biology, and imaging techniques
- Support safe and efficient operations within the Radiology Department
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited ARRT School of Radiology
- ARRT registry preferred but not required
- Current CPR certification required
- Strong computer skills and experience working with imaging systems preferred
- Ability to provide excellent patient care and work collaboratively with medical staff
