COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT UNDERWAY
In partnership with the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and the University of Georgia Archway Partnership, the Washington County Regional Medical Center has begun the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment. The Community Health Needs Assessment is an opportunity for the community to provide input and information which helps identify health needs, assets and resources for the service area of WCRMC through voluntary surveys.
Surveys will be available online and in paper form. The link to the survey is at the bottom of this page. Links to the online survey will also be available on the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, and will also be shared on social media. Paper copies of the survey will be available at WCRMC, the Chamber of Commerce at 603 S Harris Street, the Sandersville Progress, Community Health Care Systems offices and various locations throughout the community.
For more information, please contact Dave Flanders, COO, Washington County Regional Medical Center at 478-240-2312 or Conni Fennell-Burley, Archway Professional, at 478-552-3288.
